Pure Photonics provides a suite of coherent products, derived from the Lumentum productlines.
Integrated Coherent Receivers detect the different signal components of a phase modulated, polarization multiplexed signal and output it through 4 differential photodiodes/amplifiers. Pure Photonics provides the class 40 version, as well as the class 80 version (new).
To ensure good signal fidelity, the RF board (PPEB086) provides 40GHz BW traces to route the signal from the component to SMPM connectors. DC control signals are routed to a 40pin IDC connector
The control board (PPEB076) provides all low speed controls, such as the power supplies, digital and analog input/output signals and a micro-processor based control interface.
The High Bandwidth Coherent Driver Modulator (HB-CDM) splits the signal in two polarizations, applies phase modulation to the input signal and then combines the two polarizations again. We provide a class 40 component.
